Occupational Safety Policy

It is the common responsibility of all employees, especially the senior management, to keep the occupational accident risks and negative effects on the environment caused by Telemar’s activities under control and continuously improve the energy efficiency. With the aim of “healthy and environmentally friendly production”, which we have adopted as Telemar, it is our goal to create the necessary awareness and culture in occupational health, safety and environmental protection in all our employees, including the senior managers. We act with the belief that all work accidents and occupational diseases are preventable. It is with this understanding that we lead our work, constantly improve ourselves and act according to the following principles.

 

-To comply with the relevant occupational health and safety legislation and other requirements in each country where we operate,

-To train and raise awareness in our employees in order to ensure their health and safety,

-To ensure that all our employees, suppliers and visitors comply with the established OHS rules,

-To provide healthy and safe work environments to prevent injuries and health deterioration by reducing workplace risks,

-To comply with environmental regulations and other requirements,

-To reduce the amount of waste arising from our products and services in our fields of activity and to prevent environmental pollution,
